Messages may include account notifications, appointment reminders, application updates, policy information, renewal reminders, document requests, customer support communications, and marketing messages where separately authorized.
Separate, Optional Message Choices
Our SMS opt-in form provides separate, optional, unchecked choices for non-marketing notifications and marketing messages. You may select either, both, or neither. Selecting one category does not authorize the other. Providing a phone number or acknowledging this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, give consent to receive marketing texts.
SMS consent is not required to submit our form or purchase a product or service. We send messages only within the scope of the consent provided.
SMS Privacy
Mobile telephone information and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS consent is specific to My Policy Access and does not authorize another business to send you its own marketing messages.
Frequency, Rates, and Your Choices
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] for help with your communication choices.
A new form submission does not, by itself, cancel a previous SMS opt-out. Further messages require a valid resubscription where applicable.
