My Policy Access

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated:

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use My Policy Access, communicate with your advisor, receive communications, or use our insurance-related tools and services.

1. About These Terms

My Policy Access is operated by Lead Strive LLC. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lead Strive LLC operating My Policy Access.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the My Policy Access mobile application, website, web portal, communication services, and related features, collectively referred to as the "Service."

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

My Policy Access is an independent private platform. It does not represent, and does not claim endorsement by, any government agency, insurance carrier, Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-sponsored program.

2. Eligibility

My Policy Access is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your account and notifying us if you believe unauthorized access has occurred.

4. Insurance and Coverage Information

Information provided through My Policy Access is intended to help consumers review, access, and manage insurance-related information.

The Service does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, coverage, benefits, pricing, premium amounts, subsidies, carrier acceptance, policy issuance, or any particular insurance outcome.

Plan availability, eligibility, benefits, provider networks, formularies, subsidies, premiums, and other coverage details may be determined by insurance carriers, government marketplaces, and other third parties.

Consumers should review official plan and carrier documentation before making insurance decisions.

5. Licensed Insurance Advisors

My Policy Access may connect users with licensed insurance advisors.

Advisors are responsible for maintaining applicable licenses, certifications, appointments, and other requirements for the products and jurisdictions in which they operate.

6. Electronic Communications

Depending on the information and consent you provide, My Policy Access may communicate with you regarding your account, requested services, appointments, applications, documents, policies, renewals, customer support inquiries, or other service-related matters.

Communications may be delivered through:

  • SMS or text messaging
  • Email
  • Portal messaging
  • In-app messaging
  • Push notifications

7. SMS Messaging Terms

My Policy Access SMS Program

When you provide your mobile telephone number and select an SMS consent checkbox on our public web form, you authorize My Policy Access to send the message category described beside that checkbox to the number you provide.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Account notifications
  • Application or enrollment updates
  • Secure portal notifications
  • Policy updates
  • Renewal reminders
  • Document requests
  • Customer support communications
  • Insurance-related service updates
  • Marketing messages where separately authorized

Marketing messages may include insurance-related services and consultation offers. The disclosure shown when you opt in and your selections determine which categories you agree to receive. Listing a message type in these Terms does not opt you in to it.

Separate, Optional Consent

Our web form provides separate, optional, unchecked choices for non-marketing notifications and marketing messages. You may select either option, both, or neither. Selecting one category does not authorize the other. Marketing messages may use automated technology as described in the marketing consent disclosure.

Providing a phone number, using the Service, or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, authorize marketing text messages. Consent applies to My Policy Access and the message categories you select, not to marketing by other businesses.

SMS consent is optional. You may submit the form without selecting either SMS checkbox. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

View the SMS opt-in form to read the available choices. Submitting that form does not enroll you in insurance coverage.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, application activity, appointments, renewal activity, requests, and communication preferences.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from My Policy Access.

After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. No further program messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide valid consent to receive them again.

A new form submission does not, by itself, cancel a previous opt-out. A valid resubscription is required before messaging resumes. Contact [email protected] for assistance with your communication choices.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and other factors outside our control.

SMS Privacy

Mobile telephone information and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including limited processing by providers that operate our messaging program on our behalf. That processing does not authorize those providers to use your information for their own marketing.

8. Email Communications

We may send email communications regarding your account, insurance information, appointments, requested services, renewal activity, customer support, or other relevant information.

Marketing emails may include an unsubscribe option where applicable. Certain transactional or service-related communications may continue when reasonably necessary to provide requested services.

9. Push Notifications

If enabled, push notifications may be used for account alerts, renewal reminders, document notifications, advisor messages, and other service-related communications.

You may disable push notifications through your device settings.

10. User-Submitted Information

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Service is accurate and that you have authorization to provide it.

You agree not to intentionally submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information.

11. Documents and Uploaded Content

The Service may allow users to upload documents or other information. You retain ownership of information you provide.

By submitting information, you authorize My Policy Access and authorized service providers to process it as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and provide requested services.

12. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Access another user's account without authorization
  • Interfere with Service security or operation
  • Upload malicious files or software
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Misuse information obtained through the Service
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls

13. Third-Party Services

My Policy Access may integrate with or link to insurance carriers, government marketplaces, CRM platforms, communication providers, document services, and other third-party systems.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or operation of third-party services.

14. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access to the Service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, service provider interruptions, security concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. No Guarantee of Insurance Results

Use of My Policy Access does not guarantee qualification for a particular insurance plan, carrier, premium, subsidy, benefit, enrollment, or coverage outcome.

Eligibility and coverage determinations may be made by carriers, government agencies, marketplaces, and other third parties according to applicable rules.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that all information, features, or services will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Policy Access and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the My Policy Access Privacy Policy.
